S7 · How it works AI-ASSISTED WORKFLOWS
Your work should not have to fit the software Let Loop build a workflow around you
Tell AI what you want to track, who hands work over to whom and what should happen in each situation. Loop prepares your project, tasks, stages, assignments and automations.
Review the proposed structure, approve it and start working with your team.
Describe what you need in your own words
There is no need to learn technical terms or work through long settings pages. Describe how your business works in familiar language.
AI understands your request and prepares the workflow you need.
See the proposed structure before it is applied
Loop does not apply your request straight away. First, it shows a clear summary of the structure it will create.
Customer requests through Quote, Approval and Implementation stages are what I want to track. Mehmet should receive requests, and Ayşe should handle pricing. Tasks waiting in Review for two business days should be marked overdue and the relevant people notified.

Your approved workflow, ready in one go
Once you approve, Loop creates the project, adds the stages, prepares tasks, assigns people and activates automations.
The four rows below become active when the setup summary is approved.
Your team starts with a ready-to-use workflow instead of an empty screen.
Your team knows what to do from the start
Each team member sees their assigned tasks, due dates and current stage. As work progresses, they update the status, add notes and share files in the same record.
Team leaders do not need to ask about every task. They see an up-to-date view of open, waiting, overdue and completed work.
Let staff move work forward while managers spend less time collecting updates.

No other app needed to understand the work
Conversations in Loop take place within the relevant task or project. Comments, files, decisions and changes remain attached to the work they concern.
Someone joining a project later does not have to search old messages across different apps. They open the task to see the discussion and decisions.
Keep information with the relevant work, rather than passing it from person to person.
Spot stalled work before it is too late
When a task stops progressing for the set period, Loop calculates the wait in business days, marks it as overdue and notifies the relevant staff and the people who created it.
Tracking continues even for tasks excluded from performance assessment. They are still marked overdue and notifications still run, but staff performance is unaffected.
Waiting in the Review stage Saturday and Sunday are excluded
Rule appliedTasks waiting in Review for two business days should be marked overdue and the relevant people notified.
Notice delays when they start, not when their consequences appear.
Assess your workflow using task data
Staff can view their completed, overdue, open and waiting tasks in their monthly performance report. Managers can compare team members using the same data.
Performance is measured only through task activity. Employee surveillance data such as working hours, location, screens or keystrokes is not used in assessment.
Included in performance
- Completed task
- Overdue task
- Open task
- Waiting task
Excluded from performance
- Working hours
- Location
- Screen
- Keystrokes
Anyone can create a task and assign it to another team member. Managers decide whether that task affects performance.
Keep work on track and performance assessment fair.
When your workflow changes, do not start over
Your setup is not fixed. Authorised users can change task types, stages, fields, assignees and rules.
Describe new task and automation needs to AI to create additional structures, or make the changes manually.
Loop is not limited to one industry. Your business determines the workflow.
