Deleting your account

You can delete your Loop account yourself at any time. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

How to delete it

  • In the mobile app (N-XLoop): Menu > Settings > Delete my account.
  • On the web: sign in at loop.n-xplus.com and open the Delete account section on the Settings page.

To confirm, you are asked to type your account’s email address.

If you cannot sign in, write to [email protected] from your account’s email address. Once your identity is verified, your account is deleted within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in and your email address
  • Your personal notes and reminders
  • Your notifications and the phones and browsers registered for notifications
  • Your personnel details (such as phone number and date of birth)
  • The texts you wrote to the AI assistant and the replies you received

What stays

The work records of the companies you belong to belong to those companies. Tasks you opened, your comments, your chat messages and the files you uploaded stay with the company, and your name continues to appear on these records. Your company is the data controller for these records; you can ask your company to delete them.

If you are the company’s only owner

If you are the company’s only owner, the company is closed as well and the other people in it lose access. All of the company’s data is permanently deleted 30 days after closing. If the company should continue, make someone else an owner before you delete your account.

If a paid subscription is active

If a company you own has an active paid subscription, you must cancel it before deleting your account; the subscription is tied to the payment details of the owner who started it. A subscription already set to end at the close of the billing period does not block deletion.

Your other rights regarding your personal data are described in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Information Notice.

Ad measurement (Google Ads)

Measures with Google Ads how many new sign-ups our ads bring. When you arrive by clicking one of our ads, the click information is stored in your browser. When you set up a company in Loop, a sign-up notification is sent to Google, and Google counts it only if it can match it to an ad click. The notification does not contain your name, email address or company details. Personalised advertising and remarketing are turned off for this measurement.

If you turn this on, measurement data such as your IP address, the random identifier assigned to your browser and the ad click identifier is sent to Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC; Google processes this data under its own responsibility in Ireland, the USA and other countries where it has servers. The Turkish Personal Data Protection Board has not issued an adequacy decision for these countries. For visitors from Turkey, it is therefore not guaranteed that the level of protection and legal remedies available in Turkey will be provided in the same way in these countries. The possible risks are described in detail in the privacy policy. You can withdraw your permission at any time.
