AI credits are not divided between users. Your team uses the shared credit pool included in your plan. Administrators can set individual usage limits for staff if needed.
One credit is one request to the assistant, regardless of how many steps it creates. Before writing any data, the assistant shows what it will do and asks for your approval.
When credits run out, only AI usage stops. Your tasks, projects and existing automations continue working. No overage fees are charged, and new credits are added automatically on the next renewal date.

What happens if I reach the user limit?

How often are AI credits renewed?
Credits are allocated annually with your plan and renewed once a year. Unused credits remain available until the end of the annual period.
