You should not have to ask how work is progressing

A task should not live in one app, its conversation in messages and its files in email. Team leaders should not spend the day chasing updates, and staff should not have to repeat the same information.

Keep the answers with the work, instead of relying on people's memory.

N-XLoop brings all the work together in one up-to-date record.

No second place to check for the same task

In N-XLoop, each piece of work moves forward through its own single record. Tasks, subtasks, descriptions, files, assignees, dates, comments and the complete activity history stay together.

Open the task to see what was discussed and what happened next. There is no need to search old messages to understand a decision.

No scattered information. No lost decisions.

Keep conversations connected to the work

In N-XLoop, conversations take place within the relevant task or project. Comments, shared files and decisions stay directly attached to the work they belong to.

New team members do not have to read through every message. They open the task, read the discussion and pick up where the team left off.

Let the team talk without losing the context of the work.

Consistent work should not depend on constant reminders

Staff see their tasks, know their responsibilities and update progress as they work. Team leaders track open, waiting, overdue and completed work in one place.

Every task has an owner

Every responsibility has a deadline

Every step forward has a visible record

Managers should not have to keep reminding people. Staff keep their work visible through regular updates.

waiting 2 business days

Spot delays before their consequences

When a task does not progress within the set time, N-XLoop calculates the waiting time in business days.

It marks the task as overdue and notifies the relevant people and the task's creator.

Example rule Review stage: after two business days without activity, mark the task as overdue and notify the relevant people

Nights, weekends and public holidays should not distort time calculations

Keep waiting tasks in view and spot delays before they grow

Do not spend your first day on settings

Choose your industry and start with task types, stages, fields and preset tracking rules already in place. Create your first task without having to build everything from an empty screen.

Measure performance through work, not opinion

N-XLoop measures performance using task data alone. Completed, overdue, open and waiting tasks, along with time spent in each stage, are visible month by month.

Completed

Overdue

Open

Waiting

Time spent in each stage

Staff track their own development. Managers can compare team members using the same task data.

Anyone can create tasks and assign them to colleagues. Managers decide which tasks count towards performance.

Unrealistic time entries or personal rivalries should not determine anyone's performance. Keep work on track and assessment fair.

Track work without monitoring employees

N-XLoop does not monitor screens, location or keystrokes. It records only task creation, assignment, progress, waiting and completion.

Managers get a clear view of operations. Staff fulfil their responsibilities without intrusion into their privacy.

More transparency, with freedom at work preserved.

Pay for your team size, not per person

N-XLoop is priced per company, not per person. Plans depend on team size.

Ad measurement (Google Ads)

Measures with Google Ads how many new sign-ups our ads bring. When you arrive by clicking one of our ads, the click information is stored in your browser. When you set up a company in Loop, a sign-up notification is sent to Google, and Google counts it only if it can match it to an ad click. The notification does not contain your name, email address or company details. Personalised advertising and remarketing are turned off for this measurement.

If you turn this on, measurement data such as your IP address, the random identifier assigned to your browser and the ad click identifier is sent to Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC; Google processes this data under its own responsibility in Ireland, the USA and other countries where it has servers. The Turkish Personal Data Protection Board has not issued an adequacy decision for these countries. For visitors from Turkey, it is therefore not guaranteed that the level of protection and legal remedies available in Turkey will be provided in the same way in these countries. The possible risks are described in detail in the privacy policy. You can withdraw your permission at any time.
