TASK MANAGEMENT FOR EVERY BUSINESS MODEL

Not every business has to work the same way Let Loop adapt to your business model

Agencies work with projects, manufacturers with stages, service teams with requests, and management teams with approvals and responsibilities.

Loop does not impose a fixed industry model. Describe how your work progresses and build workflows around your own needs.

What matters is how your work progresses

Even two companies in the same industry can have different tasks, assignees and approval processes. Loop does not force you into a predefined setup.

  • What to track
  • Which stages work goes through
  • Who is responsible
  • When notifications are sent
  • Which tasks affect performance

You decide.

Your system should adapt to your workflow, not the other way round.

Project-based work

Manage every project step in the same place

Client work, consulting, software development, construction and product launches all require different teams to work towards a shared outcome.

Keep each project's stages, tasks, assignees, dates and work conversations in one place.

Example workflow

  • Request
  • Planning
  • Implementation
  • Customer approval
  • Delivery

See the project's progress in its current record without asking every team member individually.

Staged processes

See clearly who hands work over to whom

Manufacturing, order fulfilment, technical service, legal cases and quality control move through defined stages.

Use Loop to define the assignee, duration and completion conditions for each stage.

Automatically flag work that stays in a stage too long and notify the relevant people.

Request-based work

Keep incoming requests from getting lost in messages

Record customer requests, internal support tickets, maintenance notices, purchasing needs and operational issues as tasks.

Assign each request to the right person, track its resolution and keep the entire conversation in the same record.

Example workflow

  • Request received
  • Assessed
  • Assignee selected
  • Solution applied
  • Request closed

Every request has a clear owner, current status and outcome.

Work requiring approval

Make work awaiting approval visible

Quotes, purchase requests, content, contracts and internal decisions need approval from the right person before they can move forward.

Decide who approves and who takes over afterwards. See pending approvals and notify the relevant people when the waiting time is exceeded.

AdministratorFinance

Always know whose decision is pending.

Recurring work

Stop reminding people about the same work every day

Avoid recreating daily checks, weekly reports, monthly maintenance, regular customer follow-ups and recurring operational tasks.

Define when tasks are created, who they are assigned to and who is notified if they become overdue.

Recurring work should not rely on people's memory.

Describe your business model Let Loop prepare the workflow you need

Describe how your business works to AI in everyday language.

The sales team should review customer requests first. Approved requests should move to operations. Tasks waiting for two business days should be marked overdue and managers notified.

Review the proposed structure, make any changes needed and apply it only after your approval.

Based on your request, AI prepares:

  • ——Projects
  • ——Stages
  • ——Tasks
  • ——Required fields
  • ——Assignments
  • ——Notification and overdue rules

Ready for your review.

Draft — awaiting your approval

Change more than just task names Make the system reflect how you actually work

Create different structures for different workflows.

  • Project and task types
  • Stages work will move through
  • Information stored in tasks
  • Assignees and team roles
  • Start dates and due dates
  • Overdue rules
  • Notification recipients
  • Tasks included in performance assessment

Your setup is not fixed. Reorganise tasks, stages, fields and rules as your business changes.

Do not force every team into the same mould

Sales can work with customer requests, operations with staged processes, management with approvals and technical teams with maintenance tasks.

Set up a workflow that fits each team. Managers see the whole operation in one place, while staff focus on the work they are responsible for.

Different ways of working move forward together within the same company.

Ad measurement (Google Ads)

Measures with Google Ads how many new sign-ups our ads bring. When you arrive by clicking one of our ads, the click information is stored in your browser. When you set up a company in Loop, a sign-up notification is sent to Google, and Google counts it only if it can match it to an ad click. The notification does not contain your name, email address or company details. Personalised advertising and remarketing are turned off for this measurement.

If you turn this on, measurement data such as your IP address, the random identifier assigned to your browser and the ad click identifier is sent to Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC; Google processes this data under its own responsibility in Ireland, the USA and other countries where it has servers. The Turkish Personal Data Protection Board has not issued an adequacy decision for these countries. For visitors from Turkey, it is therefore not guaranteed that the level of protection and legal remedies available in Turkey will be provided in the same way in these countries. The possible risks are described in detail in the privacy policy. You can withdraw your permission at any time.
